Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,130 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PALM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, HSPA12B, and MYL3. Each is linked with PALM in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALM-to-partner and partner-to-PALM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALM versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
