PALM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALM-associated genes across cancer lineages are JTBP1, RN7SL352P, and CT47B1. Each is linked with PALM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALM-to-partner and partner-to-PALM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JTBP1 grouped by PALM-low versus PALM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
