Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALM-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, ATM, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with PALM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALM-to-partner and partner-to-PALM results are reported.
