PALM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PALM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST8, CLDN8, and XAGE3. Each is linked with PALM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALM-to-partner and partner-to-PALM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST8 grouped by PALM-low versus PALM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
