Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PALLD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PALLD data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PALLD Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PALLD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and CHOL are the cancer types where PALLD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
