Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALLD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,108 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTA2, CCN2, and CALD1. Each is linked with PALLD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALLD-to-partner and partner-to-PALLD results are reported.
