Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALLD protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,172 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PALLD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTN1, CALD1_S493, and CALD1_S759. Each is linked with PALLD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALLD-to-partner and partner-to-PALLD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALLD versus ACTN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALLD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALLD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
