Across TCGA cell cohorts, PALLD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,132 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAV, PTPRK, and TGFB2. Each is linked with PALLD in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALLD-to-partner and partner-to-PALLD results are reported.
