Across TCGA cell cohorts, PALLD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 222 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALLD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNTL5, CST9, and CES3. Each is linked with PALLD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALLD-to-partner and partner-to-PALLD results are reported.
