PALD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,760 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PALD1_S406, TMOD2, and NFATC2. Each is linked with PALD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALD1-to-partner and partner-to-PALD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALD1 versus PALD1_S406 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
