Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CX3CR1, ADAMTSL2, and YY1P1. Each is linked with PALD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALD1-to-partner and partner-to-PALD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALD1 versus CX3CR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
