PALD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EME1, RNA5SP198, and CCDC43. Each is linked with PALD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALD1-to-partner and partner-to-PALD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EME1 grouped by PALD1-low versus PALD1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
