PALD1

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PALD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,525 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP biosynthetic process, 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, and rRNA processing. Each is linked with PALD1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALD1-to-partner and partner-to-PALD1 results are reported.
