PALB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,105 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, POLD2, and ATXN2L. Each is linked with PALB2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALB2-to-partner and partner-to-PALB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PALB2 versus DCTPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
