Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB4, RNA5SP432, and SNORA15B-1. Each is linked with PALB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALB2-to-partner and partner-to-PALB2 results are reported.
