Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PALB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PALB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PDCD4, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with PALB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALB2-to-partner and partner-to-PALB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by PALB2-low versus PALB2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PALB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PALB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
