Across TCGA cell cohorts, PALB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PALB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF6, APOBEC1, and SEMG2. Each is linked with PALB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PALB2-to-partner and partner-to-PALB2 results are reported.
