Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK6_S616, MICAL1, and PAK6_S347. Each is linked with PAK6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK6-to-partner and partner-to-PAK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK6 versus PAK6_S616 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
