Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,460 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are C15orf56, PPP1R16B, and TNFSF8. Each is linked with PAK6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK6-to-partner and partner-to-PAK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK6 versus C15orf56 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
