Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, Notch1, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with PAK6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK6-to-partner and partner-to-PAK6 results are reported.
