Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,292 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and Response to sorbitol. Each is linked with PAK6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK6-to-partner and partner-to-PAK6 results are reported.
