PAK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, MC2R, and NANOS2. Each is linked with PAK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK6-to-partner and partner-to-PAK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by PAK6-low versus PAK6-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
