PAK5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,098 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STXBP6, PHC1_S664, and BACH1. Each is linked with PAK5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK5-to-partner and partner-to-PAK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK5 versus STXBP6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
