Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,209 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP74, RASL10A, and NEFH. Each is linked with PAK5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK5-to-partner and partner-to-PAK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK5 versus PPIAP74 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
