PAK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGD5, METTL2A, and ARHGEF15. Each is linked with PAK5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK5-to-partner and partner-to-PAK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGD5 grouped by PAK5-low versus PAK5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
