Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, PCNA, and ATM. Each is linked with PAK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK5-to-partner and partner-to-PAK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by PAK5-low versus PAK5-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
