PAK5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 564 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, DPH5, and MED18. Each is linked with PAK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK5-to-partner and partner-to-PAK5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by PAK5-low versus PAK5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
