Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAK3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAK3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PAK3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAK3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where PAK3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
