PAK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,768 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNPO, CLPX, and CTIF. Each is linked with PAK3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK3-to-partner and partner-to-PAK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK3 versus SYNPO in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
