Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS1, PYGL, and CHGA. Each is linked with PAK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK3-to-partner and partner-to-PAK3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK3 versus LGALS1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
