Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,496 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Negative regulation of cilium assembly, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with PAK3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK3-to-partner and partner-to-PAK3 results are reported.
