PAK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,253 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK1_S174, PAK1_T212, and BDH1. Each is linked with PAK1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK1-to-partner and partner-to-PAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK1 versus PAK1_S174 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
