Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,350 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMILIN1, CORO6, and MRPL48. Each is linked with PAK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK1-to-partner and partner-to-PAK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAK1 versus EMILIN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
