Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,259 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to cytoplasmic stress granule, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PAK1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAK1-to-partner and partner-to-PAK1 results are reported.
