PAIP2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAIP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAIP2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, SQOR, and MSH6_S14. Each is linked with PAIP2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAIP2B-to-partner and partner-to-PAIP2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAIP2B versus SERPINH1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAIP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAIP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
