Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAIP2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,054 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAIP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT10, ANXA2, and S100A10. Each is linked with PAIP2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAIP2B-to-partner and partner-to-PAIP2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAIP2B versus GALNT10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAIP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAIP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
