Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAIP2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,227 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAIP2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Calcium ion transport. Each is linked with PAIP2B in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAIP2B-to-partner and partner-to-PAIP2B results are reported.
