Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,978 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC6B, PEAR1, and TJP1. Each is linked with PAIP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAIP2-to-partner and partner-to-PAIP2 results are reported.
