Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAIP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAIP1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PAIP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where PAIP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
