Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,795 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf51, RAD1, and BRIX1. Each is linked with PAIP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAIP1 versus C5orf51 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
