PAIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP172, LINC01639, and BRWD1P2. Each is linked with PAIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PAIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP172 grouped by PAIP1-low versus PAIP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
