PAH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02641, OR9Q2, and OR7E105P. Each is linked with PAH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAH-to-partner and partner-to-PAH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02641 grouped by PAH-low versus PAH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
