Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAGE4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAGE4 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PAGE4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAGE4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where PAGE4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
