Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAGE4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,530 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAGE4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P6, KCNG1, and GABRQ. Each is linked with PAGE4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAGE4-to-partner and partner-to-PAGE4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAGE4 versus MED28P6 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAGE4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAGE4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
