Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAGE2B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAGE2B data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PAGE2B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAGE2B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where PAGE2B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
