Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PAG1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PAG1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PAG1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PAG1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PAG1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
