PAG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,700 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF366, RASSF2, and PIK3CG. Each is linked with PAG1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAG1 versus ZNF366 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
