PAG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,485 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAG1_S171, DOCK10_T1440, and DOCK11. Each is linked with PAG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAG1 versus PAG1_S171 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
