Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,939 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, CEACAM21, and CASP5. Each is linked with PAG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PAG1 results are reported.
