PAG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,410 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL1, SYNE3, and PIK3C2B. Each is linked with PAG1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAG1-to-partner and partner-to-PAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAG1 versus MYBL1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
